1. Platform Responsibility
We act as a platform connecting customers with vendors. All products are sold and shipped directly by vendors. Therefore, return and refund decisions are handled by the respective vendor.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product does not match the description
Customers must report the issue within 24โ48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable items (like cakes, sweets, food items)
- Used or damaged items after delivery
4. Return Process
- Contact the vendor directly via WhatsApp or provided contact details
- Share proof (photos/videos) of the issue
- Vendor will review and confirm return approval
5. Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed only after vendor approval
- Refund time may take 5โ7 working days
- Refund method will depend on the vendor (UPI / Bank Transfer / Original payment method)
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we may assist as a mediator, but the final decision rests with the vendor.
