4. Customer Responsibility

Communicate directly with vendors for orders

5. No Payment Involvement
- Shenear does not process payments.
- All transactions occur directly between:

- Delivery delays or failures

- Any financial loss or personal damage
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must not:
- Provide false information
- Mislead customers
- Encourage customers to bypass platform policies
- Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.
8. Platform Rights
Shenear reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject vendor registrations
- Remove products or vendors without notice
- Modify platform features and pricing
9. Subscription Policy
Vendor subscription fees are non-refundable
Failure to pay may result in account suspension
10. Third-Party Services
Shenear may use third-party tools (hosting, WhatsApp, plugins). We are not responsible for their performance or data handling.
11. Legal Compliance
These Terms comply with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
12. Changes to Terms
Shenear may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
