By registering and using this platform as a vendor, you agree to be legally bound by this Vendor Policy.
1. Independent Vendor Status
You are an independent seller and not:
- An employee
- Agent
- Partner
of the platform.
This platform operates only as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act 2000.
2. Full Vendor Responsibility (Strict Liability Clause)
You are solely responsible for:
- Product quality, safety, and legality
- Pricing and offers
- Accuracy of product information
- Packaging and shipping
- Customer service
- Returns, refunds, and replacements
The platform holds zero responsibility for your products or services.
3. Legal & GST Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws in India including:
- Goods and Services Tax
- Consumer protection laws
- Local business regulations
If applicable, you must:
- Maintain valid GST registration
- Issue proper GST invoices
Failure may lead to account termination + legal reporting.
4. Product Listing Rules
You agree:
- To list only genuine and legal products
- Not to sell prohibited, counterfeit, or harmful goods
- To provide true descriptions and images
We reserve the right to remove listings without notice.
5. Order Handling & Delivery Obligation
You must:
- Accept and process orders promptly
- Deliver within promised time
- Ensure proper packaging
You are fully responsible for:
- Delays
- Damages
- Failed deliveries
6. Returns, Refunds & Customer Issues
You must:
- Handle all customer complaints
- Approve/reject returns fairly
- Process refunds within reasonable time
The platform:
- Acts only as a mediator
- Has no obligation to enforce refunds
7. Payment Responsibility
- Payments are handled directly between customer and vendor
- You are responsible for:
- Payment confirmation
- Refund processing
The platform is not liable for:
- Payment disputes
- Fraud or chargebacks
8. Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance 🔥)
Strictly prohibited:
- Fraud or scam activities
- Fake products or misleading listings
- Abuse of customers
- Unauthorized use of brand names
- Manipulating pricing or orders
Violation will result in:

9. Platform Rights (Very Strong Clause)
We reserve full rights to:
- Approve or reject vendor registration
- Remove any product or content
- Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
- Modify platform rules anytime
No prior notice required
10. Indemnification (Maximum Protection Clause)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its owner, and team from:
- Customer complaints
- Legal notices
- Government penalties
- Tax liabilities
- Financial losses
arising from your business activities.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The platform shall not be liable for:
- Product defects
- Delivery failures
- Customer disputes
- Loss of profit or business
All risks are borne by the vendor.
12. Data Usage & Privacy
- Vendor data is collected only for account and communication
- We do not sell vendor data
- You are responsible for handling customer data legally
13. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:
- You violate any policy
- Customer complaints increase
- Suspicious or illegal activity is detected
No compensation will be provided.
14. No Guarantee of Sales
We do not guarantee:
- Orders
- Leads
- Revenue
Your success depends on your product and service quality.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by laws of India.
All disputes fall under jurisdiction of:
